Search and filter work orders

Locate work orders quickly using search and filters.

Search

1. Go to Work Orders.
2. Type in the Search box to match against the work order number, title, or account name.

Filter

• Status – show only work orders in a particular stage.
• Type – filter by the kind of job.
• Priority – filter by urgency.
• Technician – show only work orders assigned to a specific technician.
• Date range – filter by scheduled date using a from and to date.

Sort

You can sort by work order number, title, scheduled date, status, priority, or creation date. By default the newest are shown first.

Tip: What you can see may depend on your role. Field technicians see the work orders that apply to them.
