Search, filter, and sort contacts

The Contacts list includes search, filters, and sorting so you can find the right person quickly.

Search

1. Open Contacts.
2. Type into the search box. Search matches a contact’s first name, last name, email, or phone.

Filter

• Account — show only contacts that belong to a chosen account.
• Status — Active or Inactive.

Sort

You can sort the list by column, in ascending or descending order. By default contacts are sorted by first name.

Your search, filter, and sort choices stay in place as you move between pages of results.
