The Products & Services page is your catalog of everything you sell or stock. From here you can browse, search, and open any product or service to see its full details.
Where to find it
Open Products & Services from the main navigation. The page header reads “Products & Services” with the note “Browse your product and service catalog.”
Key concepts
- Type — each entry is either a Product (a physical item you can stock) or a Service (time or work you bill for).
- SKU — an optional code that identifies a product.
- Category — an optional grouping with a color dot; uncategorized items show as “Uncategorized”.
- Price and Unit — how much the item costs and the unit it is sold by (for example each, hour, day, or month).
- Inventory tracking — products can track stock levels. Those that do appear in the Stock area.
What you can do here
- Search and filter the catalog — see Search and filter products.
- Open a product to view its details and stock — see View product details.
- Print labels for selected products — see Print product labels.
Tip: New products and services are added and edited under Settings. Use the Manage Products button at the top of the page to get there.
