Get directions and add a note
While working a job from My Schedule, you can navigate to the site and record notes about what happened.
Get directions
- Open My Schedule and select your job.
- Choose to get directions. The job’s service address is used to open directions in Google Maps so you can navigate there.
Add a note
- Open the job.
- Add a note describing what you found or did.
- Save the note. It is recorded on the work order with your name and the time.
Tip: You can only get directions or add notes for jobs assigned to you.
