The Inventory area shows how much of each tracked product you have on hand across all of your locations.
Where to find it
Open Inventory from the main navigation. The page header reads “Inventory” with the note “Monitor stock levels across all locations.”
Summary cards
At the top you will see four cards:
- Tracked Products — how many products have inventory tracking turned on.
- Total Value — the combined value of stock on hand.
- Low Stock — products at or below their reorder point. Click this card to open the Low Stock Report.
- Out of Stock — products with no stock available.
The stock table
Each row lists a product with its Total Stock, Available quantity, Reorder Point, and a Status badge (In Stock, Low Stock, or Out of Stock).

- See every change to a product’s stock — see View a product’s stock history.
- Review all stock movements — see View stock movements.
Tip: Only products with inventory tracking turned on appear here. To change stock figures, create a stock adjustment or receive a purchase order.
