Track a shipment

Once a label is purchased, you can mark the package as shipped and follow its progress with live tracking updates.

Mark a shipment as shipped

  1. Open the shipment (it must have a label – status Label Created).
  2. Choose to mark it as shipped. The status changes to Shipped.

View and refresh tracking

  1. Open the shipment to see its Tracking Number, carrier, and the Latest Tracking Update.
  2. Choose to refresh tracking to pull the most recent status from the carrier.
  3. The Timeline updates with the current status, location, and estimated delivery where available.

Finding a shipment

On the Shipments page you can Search by tracking number, recipient name, or invoice number, and filter by Status or Carrier.

Tip: A shipment needs a tracking number before it can be refreshed. Tracking numbers are assigned when you purchase the label.
