Bank Accounts let you track the real-world accounts your business uses — checking, savings, credit cards, cash, and more — and link each one to a general ledger (GL) account in your Chart of Accounts.
Where to find it
From the Accounting menu, open Bank Accounts. The default account is listed first, and a Total Balance across all active accounts is shown.

- Each bank account is linked to a current-asset GL account from your Chart of Accounts.
