Edit an account

Update an account whenever its details change, such as a new address, owner, status, or type.

Steps

  1. Open Accounts and select the account you want to change.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Update any of the account’s details — name, type, industry, status, website, phone, email, address, annual revenue, employees, owner, or description.
  4. Select Save to apply your changes.

You return to the account’s detail page with your updates in place.

Tip: The Name is required, so it cannot be left blank when saving.
