Search, filter, and sort accounts

The Accounts list includes search, filters, and sorting so you can find the right companies quickly.

Search

1. Open Accounts.
2. Type into the Search accounts box. Search matches an account’s name, email, or phone.

Filter

• Type — Customer, Prospect, Partner, Vendor, or Other.
• Industry — such as technology, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail, education, or government.
• Status — Active, Inactive, or Pending.

Sort

You can sort the list by column, in ascending or descending order. By default accounts are sorted by name.

Your search, filter, and sort choices stay in place as you move between pages of results.
