Delete an account

Delete an account that was created in error or that you no longer need to track.

Steps

  1. Open Accounts and select the account you want to remove.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Confirm if you are asked to.

You return to the Accounts list and the account no longer appears.

Warning: Accounts are the hub for contacts, deals, projects, tickets, and invoices. Make sure the account is truly no longer needed before deleting it.
