Once a performance review is ready, it is submitted to the employee, who then acknowledges it. This is how a review moves from Draft to its final state.
Submit the review
- Open the review from the Performance list.
- While it is a Draft, click Submit for Acknowledgment.
- The review moves to Submitted and is no longer editable.
Acknowledge the review
- Open a review that is in the Submitted state.
- Optionally add employee comments.
- Click Acknowledge. The review moves to Acknowledged.
Tip: Submitting locks the review’s content, so double-check it first. After acknowledgment, the review is complete.
Deleting a draft review
A review can be deleted only while it is still a Draft. Submitted or acknowledged reviews cannot be deleted.
