Search and filter tickets
Find the tickets you need quickly using search and filters.
Search
- Go to Tickets.
- Type in the Search box to match against a ticket’s number, subject, or description.
Filter
- Status – you can select one or more statuses. By default the list shows active tickets (New, Open, In Progress, Scheduled, Waiting) and hides Resolved and Closed.
- Priority – Low, Medium, High, or Urgent.
- Category – show only tickets in a particular category.
- Assignee – show only tickets assigned to a specific team member.
- Account – show only tickets for a specific customer.
Sort
You can sort the list by column. By default, tickets are sorted by creation date with the newest first.
Tip: To include Resolved and Closed tickets, adjust the Status filter to select them, or use the option to show all tickets.
