Log time on a ticket
Track the time your team spends resolving a ticket.
- Open the ticket you worked on.
- Add a new time entry.
- Enter the number of Hours (at least 0.25).
- Choose the Date the work was done.
- Optionally add a Description.
- Mark the entry as Billable if the time should be charged to the customer.
- Save the time entry.
Logged time appears on the ticket. You can edit or delete an entry later if you need to make a correction.
