Search and filter tickets

Search and filter tickets

Find the tickets you need quickly using search and filters.

  1. Go to Tickets.
  2. Type in the Search box to match against a ticket’s number, subject, or description.

Filter

  • Status – you can select one or more statuses. By default the list shows active tickets (New, Open, In Progress, Scheduled, Waiting) and hides Resolved and Closed.
  • Priority – Low, Medium, High, or Urgent.
  • Category – show only tickets in a particular category.
  • Assignee – show only tickets assigned to a specific team member.
  • Account – show only tickets for a specific customer.

Sort

You can sort the list by column. By default, tickets are sorted by creation date with the newest first.

Tip: To include Resolved and Closed tickets, adjust the Status filter to select them, or use the option to show all tickets.
