Log time on a ticket

Log time on a ticket

Track the time your team spends resolving a ticket.

  1. Open the ticket you worked on.
  2. Add a new time entry.
  3. Enter the number of Hours (at least 0.25).
  4. Choose the Date the work was done.
  5. Optionally add a Description.
  6. Mark the entry as Billable if the time should be charged to the customer.
  7. Save the time entry.

Logged time appears on the ticket. You can edit or delete an entry later if you need to make a correction.
